Learning to bring mindful attention to our inner world, both mind and body, hones our ability to tend to ourselves more deeply. Our capacity to heal begins with knowing and understanding. From here, we make choices to tend to ourselves with greater care, bringing the growth we need for healing.

My Approach

Rooted in psychodynamic self-psychology, attachment theory, somatic approaches, interpersonal neurobiology. Trauma informed, inclusive, anti-racist, LGBTQIA positive.

Who I Am

I am a Registered Psychotherapist, originally trained at The Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy. I strive to provide an empathic, nurturing and expansive relationship.

How to Get in Touch

My private practice is virtual and serves all adults across Ontario. I offer an initial consultation, where you can assess fit and I can learn more about your needs and goals.

The truth is that things don’t really get solved. They come together and they fall apart. Then they come together again and fall apart again. It’s just like that. The healing comes from letting there be room for all of this to happen: room for grief, for relief, for misery, for joy.
